We process all orders within 1–3 business days before they ship. Once shipped, delivery times are:

• United States (contiguous): 3–7 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico / Territories: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders $150 and over to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link in the email to track your package in real time.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

All sale items and Limited Edition (LE) pieces are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please review your size carefully before purchasing these items. If you need sizing guidance, we’re happy to help — just reach out before you order.

Yes! Exchanges for a different size or colorway are welcome within the 14-day return window, subject to availability.

Please contact us with your order number and what you’d like to exchange for and we’ll get you taken care of.

We are so sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number.

We will make it right immediately — at no cost to you.

All apparel (comfort sets, t-shirts, hoodies, yoga sets) are available in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL.

Dad Hats are One Size with an adjustable strap back that fits most head sizes.

Our pieces are designed with a true-to-size, relaxed fit. We generally recommend ordering your normal size.

Always wash inside out to preserve the fabric and any embroidery or branding details.

Some pieces are restocked regularly, while Limited Edition (LE) items are once-available and will not return.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Stripe, which uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.

Sales tax is collected for orders shipped within North Carolina at the applicable rate. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
