How to Measure
Chest / Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7–9 inches below your natural waistline.
Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder straight down to your natural waist.
Sleeve: Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down your arm to your wrist.
