How shipping is charged. Each order ships with USPS for a single flat rate based on where it is going. Rates are set from USPS’s published retail prices for a standard-weight package (about the weight of one hoodie or one set). Canada orders ship with USPS international service. Your exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay, and free shipping on orders of $200 or more is applied automatically.

Order Confirmed
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Processing
We prepare and pack your order within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
On Its Way
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our hands.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains your USPS tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.
No Email? Check Your Spam
If you haven’t received a shipping email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.
Tracking Not Updating?
It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please reach out and we’ll look into it right away.
Important Notes
A few things to keep in mind before and after your order.

Address accuracy is your responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package closely and ensuring someone is available to receive it. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly.

Holiday shipping delays. During peak shopping seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.

Canadian customers — duties & taxes. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Package not received after delivery date? Please allow 1–2 extra business days before contacting us, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO / FPO / DPO) addresses at this time. Please provide a full street address at checkout.
