Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Miracle of God. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.miracleofgod.love (the “Site”), as well as any purchases, interactions, or communications made through our Site or related services.

By accessing our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Miracle of God, a business located in Huntersville, North Carolina.

Eligibility

To use our Site and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age, or be at least 13 years of age with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental or guardian consent;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law; and
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

We ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico/US Territories) and Canada. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within our accepted delivery regions.

Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including colors, materials, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will render colors exactly as they appear in person. Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance do not constitute a defect.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to North Carolina at the applicable rate (approximately 7.25%). Tax obligations for orders shipped to other states or internationally are calculated at checkout based on applicable law.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Limited Edition items, once sold out, will not be restocked in the same colorway and are considered final sale.

Pricing Reference

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the binding price at the time of purchase.

Section 04

Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed prices. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method.

We do not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment data on our servers. All payment data is handled and encrypted by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Fraudulent Orders

Any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or abuse of our systems will be cancelled immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to permanently ban users who engage in fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $150 (US only)
• $9.99 flat rate on orders under $150 (US only)
• International and territory shipping rates calculated at checkout

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Final Sale and Limited Edition items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colorway, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

From time to time, we offer promotional codes and discounts to our community. The following terms apply to all promotional offers:

• One code per order. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction.
• Non-combinable. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or sales unless explicitly stated.
• Exclusions apply. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are not valid on Final Sale items, Limited Edition products, or gift cards.
• No cash value. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
• Expiration. Codes are valid for the stated time period only. Expired codes will not be honored.
• One-time use. Some codes are limited to one use per customer or per email address.
• Right to modify. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional code or discount at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, video, audio, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Miracle of God or its licensed contributors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The following names and identifiers are brand property of Miracle of God and may not be used without express written permission:

• Miracle of God™
• I Know™
• Covered in Grace™
• Faith Over Fear™
• All associated logos, wordmarks, and graphic identifiers

Prohibited Uses

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Site without our prior written consent. This includes using our brand names, designs, or imagery for commercial purposes without authorization.

User-Generated Content

If you tag us on social media, post reviews, or submit photos featuring our products, you grant Miracle of God a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We will always credit you when possible and will not use your content in any way that misrepresents you or your likeness.

Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use unauthorized payment methods;
• File false chargebacks or disputes for orders that were delivered as described;
• Attempt to access areas of our Site or systems that you are not authorized to access;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from our Site;
• Interfere with the proper operation of our Site or servers;
• Impersonate Miracle of God, our team members, or any other person or entity;
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel we provide;
• Use our Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team members or other customers in any way.

Violations of these conduct standards may result in immediate cancellation of your orders, suspension of your account, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our products are described accurately and delivered in excellent condition. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our Site are complete, accurate, or current. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miracle of God and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or your use of our Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. We are committed to making things right.

Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, unless you opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court for matters within that court’s jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to your use of our Site or products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — such as by posting a notice on our Site or sending an email to your registered address.
